Recourt Makelaars is a member of the NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Experts). This privacy statement explains how your data is handled. Wherever the term ‘NVM broker’ is used in this statement, it refers to Recourt Makelaars. The statement also clarifies which data is provided to NVM and to brainbay B.V., a subsidiary of NVM, and what NVM/brainbay does with this data.
Brainbay was established by the NVM to develop products and services for the benefit of NVM members, based on data provided by members and non-NVM members. Additionally, it is utilized for conducting research on the real estate market.
